The 2016 Food & Wine Magazine’s Best New Chef, Brad Kilgore, is an award winning Miami-based chef originally from Kansas City. With more than 10 years of experience working at fine dining restaurants, including Chicago's Alinea and Bal Harbour’s Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Brad is the culinary mastermind behind Miami’s Alter, Ember, Kaido and Brava.

Other accolades include Restaurant and Chef of the Year by Eater and Best Chef and New Restaurant Semifinalist by James Beard.
